Founded in 2014 by Rhace Towns, Rhose Contractors began as a small, hands-on operation based in Leander, TX, and focused on general property maintenance and repair work across the Austin Metro. With limited resources but an unwavering work ethic and dedication to quality, Rhace personally handled every project — often balancing no more than one or two jobs at a time.
In those early years, Rhose Contractors quickly earned a reputation for reliability, attention to detail, and fair pricing, which led to consistent word-of-mouth referrals. The company began picking up a variety of property maintenance contracts for residential homeowners, rental properties, and small commercial spaces. From plumbing repairs to drywall fixes and flooring replacements, no task was too small, and every project was treated with the same level of professionalism and care.
As the company grew, so did its vision. By 2017, Rhose Contractors began transitioning into full-scale remodeling and renovation work, completing kitchen and bathroom remodels while maintaining a strong portfolio of commercial property management support. This included ongoing work for retail centers, office buildings, and multi-unit complexes throughout the greater Austin area. In 2020, Rhose Contractors made its mark in the luxury real estate sector, completing high-end remodels for discerning clients who demanded elevated design, premium finishes, and a seamless customer experience. This shift required building a more specialized team, expanding vendor relationships, and investing in better tools, systems, and project management to meet the demand for larger, more complex jobs.
Today, Rhose Contractors manages 3 to 7 full remodels per month, with projects ranging from luxury bathroom and kitchen renovations to complete interior overhauls and high-end additions. The company has become known not just for its craftsmanship, but also for its ability to scale without sacrificing quality — a testament to over a decade of consistent growth, leadership, and a deep understanding of the residential and commercial remodeling industry.
